Need Sleep!

Well Lily has been cutting teeth like crazy so needless to say I have not been blessed with sleep. Here's how it goes. Fall asleep around 11:30pm . 1 am Lily up.  2:30am Mia up, hear her going potty. 3 am Lily up again. Finally get to sleep again around 4, Lily up again at 6:30, bottle, then she decides it's playtime. 7:00 Lily back to sleep, but what's the point I have to be up in 45 mins.   So what's that, um maybe 5 hours if I am lucky?? No wonder I can't think straight!!!

Oh yeah we tried sketti the other night!! I now have a stained cloth diaper!! Thankfully I had the foresight to strip her.

Funny how life changes!

So I went to  a bridal shower today, which was fun, but as I was driving home I came to realize how much more fun I have when I am with DH and kids. I'd much rather do stuff with them then hang out with my old friends, there are just too many differences in our lives at this point.  Hopefully once they start having kids, we'll be able to connect again!

Back!!

We are back from vaca, went pretty well with the exception of Gram, it only takes one person right?? The girls did great in the car, and all in all it was pretty fun!!!

After the week of gorging ourselves and drinking ALOT, Ant and I have started the South Beach Diet.  It's going to be a huge change, because we have been eating carbs galore!!! But hopefully it will be the shake up I need!!! 

I did manage to workout at least 4 times while away and the hike to the beach helped too!!!

We are leaving at 2am Sat morning for our long car ride to Corolla NC. I hope I can sleep as I am planning on staying up till we leave! I know I have some buddies on here, even if I can't add them yet. Have a great week everyone!

vacation!

The Pingicers are hitting the OBX!!! We are leaving in the wee hours of Saturday, and from the looks of the pile of stuff  accumulating in Lily's room, we will look something like the car the Clampetts drove in LOL!!! Oh well, have kids, have stuff!
